Hilary Duff lent her own hands to serve chicken stew for homeless men in Edmonton, Canada on Wednesday. The singer’s collaboration is part of her personal drive to raise awareness about poverty and hunger. Duff dished up hot meals at emergency shelter, and stayed until the last man received his food.  Talking about the experience, Hilary said, “It’s so rewarding for me. I love to get down and dirty and help out.” “A big misconception of charity work and celebrities is that it takes a lot of money,” she said. “It doesn’t take a lot of money. Your time is the best thing you can give.”
